Came across NRG Essentials when my home furnace gave up one cold winter day. A couple calls and a new furnace was on its way. A crew of great guys installed the new furnace and had us up and running the next day. We had two additional furnaces and air conditioning units installed in other housing units we own. The same efficient crew of guys left us with great equipment. They also provided us with training on how to operate and maintain it. We will be calling them again.

Furnace and air condition preventative maintenance has always been important to me. Back in 2007 I purchased new systems and obtained a maintenance plan with a major supplier. Unfortunately, on all too many occasions, they would substitute their technicians with sub-standard contractors, some of whom both myself and neighbours had problems with, and were in our opinion, untrustworthy. When they sent NRG instead of handling it themselves, once again, & despite my objections, I almost sent them away but found them very personable so I told them to go ahead. I had never had such thorough maintenance performed before. Since then NRG has been doing all my preventative maintenance, delivered and installed a natural gas barbeque, and cleaned the duct work. All at a reasonable price, taking care while in the house, and doing very thorough work. They are the only ones I would recommend to my family, friends, and anyone else without hesitation. Great work, good value, honest and friendly – what more could you ask for?
